The online store is only for Deliveries, please do not use it to "reserve" items. Also, please note that the online stock is not always up to date. The Delivery charge is $10.00.
Please place your order a few days in advance. For rush orders, we will try our best to deliver your order to you within 24 hours. Please use the "Instructions For Your Order" textbox to indicate the Color/Size of the item you want, your preferred time for delivery, or if you would like to pick it up from a general location such as an MRT station or a skatepark etc. We prefer to deliver after office hours when traffic is less busy and we usually don't mind delivering late at night.
Confirmation and updates on the status of your order will be sent to your email and/or your phone via text message. You MUST have a working phone number or the product will not be delivered (the delivery guy must be able to contact you, and won't take the risk of showing up to an unoccupied address)
Payment Methods:
Cash-On-Delivery (COD) means you will pay in cash when we deliver the goods to you. Please prepare the exact amount for the payment as we might not have change. This is the most common method and its just like ordering a pizza. You order it, we deliver and then you pay us in cash.
Bank Transfer means you will pay in advance by transferring the amount to our bank account. Once the payment has been received in our bank account (this may take a few days), we will deliver the goods to you within 24 hours.

Depending on the service you use to transfer the funds i.e. ATM, internet banking etc, you may have to include the branch code as part of the account number.
Paypal or Credit Card means you will pay in advance by using either your Paypal account or Credit Card. After the payment is approved, we will then arrange for delivery to you.
Most importantly, please be contactable at all times by the phone number you have provided, and make sure someone is around to receive the order at the arranged time and location. Also, last minute cancellations (i.e. cancelling when we have already spent time and money mobilizing for your delivery) or no shows will get you blacklisted and we will not deliver to you again.
International Orders:
Currently we only deliver within Singapore, however if we have something you can't find in your country, you can contact us and we'll see what we can do :)
