It isn't 100% clear, it will fog up your graphics, below is an actual board we tested it on:

It takes some skill to put it on good to minimize air bubbles, you also need a sharp knife to cut it. Edges should be cut at an angle to minimize the chance of it catching on something and lifting off. The adhesive is very strong, so you have to stick it down correctly the first time.
