This is essentially a better but more expensive shoe repair product similar to Shoe Goo.

It should stick better and last longer.

It also supposedly flows easier, and this can be a good or bad thing depending on what you use it for.

For longboarders who use it to build up a rubberized nose guard, it may be more difficult to work with than Shoegoo, and you will probably need some masking tape to properly contain it to build up a nice layer.
