"For street, a quality canadian maple 7 ply is excellent. There are pockets in this street deck like no other. There is a bowl in it right past the bolts. When you place the deck on a flat surface, the kink in the nose and tail are sort of concave too. This means popping, and catching flips will be easier. The nose and tail will be stiffer creating a crispy pop, and nose, and tails slides will be easier because you can lean back...it's subtle, but makes everything better. Street deck shapes work, I would be an arrogant idiot to try to come up with a completely new shape, and call it better. But, this deck has some subtle things that do make it better for what I like, and maybe others too. It is a street deck, but it is an Earthwing through, and through." 32" x 8.25"
