These custom made bolts sell at $4 EACH. Seems expensive but thats the price for 6/4 Ti. If any of you bolt-tune your bikes you will know that this is super cheap. We only made bolts (no nuts), but these will fit standard nuts. If you need nuts they are free with the bolts.

I always favor countersunk bolts to panhead as you need the bolt flush with the board to protect it. Otherwise everytime your board flips over, the bolt head gets destroyed and you cant remove them anymore. I would also recommend putting a little piece of grip over your bolt heads to prevent sand from being lodged into the heads. (of course, remove the grip once in a while if you need to tighten them).

These bolt heads are made shallower yet wider so they do not sink in too deep and won't pull through for top mounts.

They will also sit lower for drop-thru boards. Special top mount boards such as the Omen do not recommend the use of countersunk hardware. In this case you will need to use washers under the heads, and these will sit lower than regular hardware. I'll try and get some special aluminium countersunk washers made in the future (Ti was too expensive) for the 2 cases above. For now, an elegant solution for DIYers is to just drill your truck or deck holes with a countersunk drill bit so the bolt head sits into it perfectly.
